No. Foundations assumes no prior experience at all. The API module on Day 2 is introduced gently and is entirely optional to act on — plenty of businesses stop at Skills and connectors and never touch the API directly.

You'll leave with a working setup, a prioritised list of what to automate next, and your own 30-day plan — you just won't have the Skills and connectors that come with the 2-day tier. Yes — Claude Pro or higher (or your business's Team/Enterprise plan) is required, not just nice to have. Free's usage limits and project caps will slow you down, and it can't reliably create the custom Skill we build on Day 2. Pro is $20/mo and clears every limit this workshop runs into. Your Day Zero pre-work in the portal checks this before you attend, so there's no surprise on the day.
